甘炳成
甘炳成,研究员,博士生导师。现任中国农业科学都市农业研究所副所长、四川省食用菌协会会长、专家委员会主任;获评四川省学术和技术带头人,四川省有突出贡献的优秀专家,四川省农业丰收奖先进个人、蓉城英才科技创新领军人才。长期以食药用菌为研究对象,围绕种质资源库构建、设施工厂化栽培和精深加工专用品种选育、设施工厂化栽培工艺技术与智能装备研发、生物活性成分提取与健康产品研发等方面开展基础及应用研究。先后主持国家星火计划重点项目、国际科技合作、国家食用菌产业技术体系等国家和部省重点项目30余项。以第一作者/通讯作者在LWT - Food Science and Technology、Current Research in Food Science、Journal of Fungi等期刊发表论文60余篇;主编著作9部;授权国家发明专利6项。获省级以上科技成果奖励11项,其中四川省科技进步一等奖3项、二等奖3项、三等奖4项,农业部丰收一等奖1项。
