戚智勇,研究员,博士生导师。现任中国农业科学院都市农业研究所首席科学家、中国农科院喀什实验站站长、中国腐植酸协会泥炭分会副会长。长期从事城市生态环境再造、生物质资源高值化利用、城市有机废弃物循环利用等方面研究。在生物碳基材料的研发、高品质园艺基质的开发、碳循环超级植物工厂创制取得突破。获四川“天府英才计划”特级专家、四川省“千人计划”特聘专家、重庆市生态岛建设特聘专家、成都市“蓉漂计划”特聘专家、湖南省风景园林专家委员会委员等荣誉称号。
