周晚来,男,副研究员,硕士生导师。现任城市有机废弃物资源化利用技术团队骨干专家。长期从事农业废弃物资源化利用技术研究,目前主要从事基于植物源废弃物的新型园艺基质工艺与产品研究。先后主持了国家自然科学基金、湖南省自然科学基金、四川省科技创新人才项目等6个项目,参加中国农业科学院科技创新工程、国家麻类产业技术体系等项目10余项;以第一发明人获授权发明专利15件,第一作者或通讯作者发表研究论文22篇;先后获得全国农林渔牧丰收奖成果二等奖、神农中华农业科技奖三等奖等省部级

成果奖励5项。
