罗秀媚
罗秀媚,女,副研究员,硕士生导师。现任克州农业农村局盐碱地改良工作站专家,天府英才计划高级人才,中国农业科学院青年创新人才。长期从事微藻高值化产品研发和植物病害绿色防控的应用基础研究。1、微藻高值化产品研发:重点以小球藻为材料,通过遗传学、分子生物学和合成生物学等手段,量产高价值蛋白、功能多肽和珍稀天然产物,开发微藻食品、饲料、肥料及土壤改良剂等产品。2、植物病害的绿色防控:重点以模式植物拟南芥、烟草和重要经济作物马铃薯为寄主材料,以病原卵菌为重要研究对象,围绕植物免疫调控途径及病原菌致病力调控通路剖析病原菌与寄主之间的相互作用机制,为植物病害绿色防控提供有效策略。先后主持科技部重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金等国家级和省部级项目11项。已发表论文25篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者在Journal of Advanced Research、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Molecular Plant Pathology等期刊发表论文17篇;授权国家发明专利7项,其中转化专利1项。
