
一、基本情况
刘宏艳,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2011年获中国药科大学学士学位,2017年获中国农业科学院博士学位。2019年至今在中国农业科学院都市农业研究所工作,主要从事食品真实性鉴别、植物功能因子挖掘与高值化利用相关工作。入选成都市农业英才培育计划,天府英才计划高级C类人才。四川农业大学及西华大学食品专业硕士生校外导师,《Journal of Future Foods》、《Antioxidants》等国际期刊青年编委/客座编辑。
二、研究方向与成果
主要从事食品真实性鉴别、植物功能因子挖掘与高值化利用领域的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、四川省自然科学基金面上项目、中国农业科学院创新工程所级基本业务费、国家成都农业科技中心地方财政专项等项目10余项,参与国家重点研发计划项目、农业农村部生鲜乳质量安全监管项目、四川省科技厅聚源兴川项目、农科院创新工程等10余项,主持及参与企业合作项目5项。发表学术论文60余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者在Engineering、Cri Rev Food Sci、Food Chem (9篇)等期刊发表论文34篇,授权专利10余件,主/参编著作4部。
